Three hotels in Ho Chi Minh City are offering special promotions on their scrumptious new buffet meals ranging from Chinese, European and other Asian Cusines Thien Hong (Arc En Ciel) Hotel and Bat Dat Hotel are two of the best recognized hotels in District 5, the Chinese quarter of HCMC. In one of the city’s classiest areas, the hotels are favorite spots for locals and foreign tourists. Their restaurants serve the best Chinese cuisine in town and are often chosen to host parties for VIPs. Bat Dat Restaurant offers a weekend buffet from 18:00-21:30 on Saturday and Sunday with 40 selected Chinese dishes. Customers will be impressed with the excellent fish spring rolls, meat rolled in cabbage leaves and roasted suckling pig. At Thien Hong Restaurant, the 38-dish vegetarian buffet is available on the first, 13th and 15th days of every lunar month at 18:00-21:30. The Vietnamese generally don’t eat meat on these days to pay tribute to the gods and ancestors. In addition to the buffet, both restaurants are offering a promotion of one free table for parties of 20 tables or more until August 1. Downtown multi-culinary Located inside the Majestic Hotel in District 1’s downtown, the Cyclo Cafe restaurant serves European and Asian food. Algerian chef Ali Abri prepares the buffets daily with Italian and Southeast Asian dishes and the menus vary weekly.
